Dry Mouth Caused by CPAP Machine
After the treatment of CPAP machine, sleep apnea patients still have dry mouth, which may be caused by leakage through mouth.
Many sleep apnea patients may have dry mouth as they often breath through their mouth. Generally, after the treatment of CPAP machine, their dry mouth will disappear if CPAP machine used properly. However, their may still have dry mouth if the air leak through mouth when using CPAP machine. So what cause mouth leakage ? The possibility of leakage through the mouth as the following:
