Some factors increase your snoring:

  • Sleeping on your back
  • Drinking
  • Smoking
  • Increasing body weight
  • Sleeping pills, or mood-altering drugs
  • Night a fancy meal, eating too full

Tips on changing your lifestyle, which may stop or remove your snoring :

  • Do not eat too much3 hours before you go to bed.
  • Avoid drinking 3 hours before go to bed.
  • Sleep on your side.
  • Avoid sedatives and antihistamines before bedtime.
  • Do not sleep with windows open.
  • If the air is too dry, use the humidifier in your bedroom.
  • Nutritionally balanced diet to maintain your weight and body shape.
  • If you are overweight, start an exercise program to help you tone muscle and lose body fat.
  • Establish a normal sleep habits, to avoid fatigue.
  • If you are suffering from allergic diseases, reduce bedroom allergens (dust, pet dander, mold), to relieve nasal congestion.

Certain foods may increase mucous production, which led to more severe snoring . Dairy products such as milk, butter, cheese, butter is the culprit,  These types of foods before avoided two hours before going to bed.
