However, more damage is sleep apnea caused by snoring, the airway of snoring is narrower than normal airway. In severe, airway may be completely obstructed leading to sleep apnea. In severe cases, snoring can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease, arrhythmia, cerebral vascular accident, diabetes, kidney disease, hypothyroidism, or even sudden death during sleep.

Data shows that the sudden death caused by sleep apnea accounted for 20% of accidental deaths. This sleep disorder has become a serious threat to people’s health.
